Update- 5/20/20, we are still working out the kinks for sublimation printing , please stay tune for info.

We offer dye sublimation printing on a selection of our face coverings.  This printing process is much different than screen printing or embroidery and requires the artwork to be set up specially.

Gang run printing.  Our sublimated masks are printed in large groups before they are cut and sewn.  The artwork will need to be set up in a pattern that will allow for these gang run prints to be completed.

Logo placement.
Face masks – Because sublimation printing is done prior to cutting and assembly, precise logo locations are challenging and are thus highly discouraged.  If a specific location is needed, we strongly recommend going with a screen print or an embroidered embellishment.

Neck gaiters – There is more room for error on logo placement with neck gaiters because of the shape and wearability of this face covering and we are happy to work with you to get the best possible product.

Our dye sublimation is printed on 3-layer 9oz. 100% Polyester fabric that is wrinkle and scratch resistant. These may be machine or hand washed.  Please lay flat or hang dry.  Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron.  Your graphics are digitally printed at a high resolution of 720×720.

Our in-house art department can work with you to figure out the best placement and set up to achieve the best possible outcome.  Please note that our sublimation printed face coverings take 3-4 days longer than our other printing methods.  So please allow extra time for that.
