How to place an Order with us!

  1. Create an account. If you are an existing customer with J6D Inc, your information and resale license are on file and you may move on to step 2. New customers must submit a Broker Application to be added into our database.
  2. Select your mask(s).  We offer a few different types of masks each with distinct differences.  Please look over our mask information pages to decide which mask will best serve your needs.  Samples of each mask are available upon request and may be picked up or shipped to you (please go to our contact page and send us a message with your UPS account number to have one shipped to you).
  3. Send a Purchase Order. Purchase orders for each mask are available to download at the bottom of their respective mask information pages.  If you would like to order multiple mask styles, please submit a PO for each mask style you would like to order (a PO for multiple mask styles is coming soon).

    Please send your completed purchase order(s) and artwork to [email protected].  All purchase orders are subject to review by our customer service representatives and we will be in contact with any questions that we me have.
  4. Proofing. All orders are subject to a proofing process. A digital mock up or sew out will be sent to you for approval.  We must receive approval prior to start of production.
  5.  Payment/Deposit. Blank mask orders will require full payment prior to production, and a 50% deposit will be required for printed masks.  Production will begin upon receipt of payment.
  6. Completed Orders. Once your order is complete, you will be notified for pick up or shipping.
